It’s been a long time since I have touched this blog.

I intend to change that.
I’ll be posting sometime within the first week of each month starting… Now.

This will continue to be my little art blog and I’ll be posting what I am working on at the time.

There will be work on here at various stages of completion, so maybe things of this as sketch book of sorts?

First thing is first, I injured my hand roughly four months back.
I have only recently been able even hold a pen let alone work with a tablet.

It has been a rough few months having to shelve many projects that I had my heart set on working on. Thankfully, I am on the mend and I am getting back into the swing of things with some drawing. It feels so good to make work again.

Below was the first thing I drew (Kylo Ren) after such a long time not drawing anything.
I just needed to make something… It was driving me batty.

My hand hurt for hours afterward, but in another sense I feel better than I had for months.

After taking another shorter break I decided I needed to get back in there and practice more.

So I found another project to work on.

Below are a handful of drawings I made in support of a friends project.
You checkout his project on his youtube channel Instant Replay Live HERE

I still have a couple more characters to draw for it but this has been a great series of short projects for me to work on.

My work on Centerpoint came to an end in October 2015; Shorty after that my doctor told me to take a break from art making.

Below are some of the last things I worked on for that game.

You can stay up to date on the game HERE and on their Twitter HERE.

Thanks for checking this out!

Centerpoint Concept Art and Flora

Hey Folks,

WOW, it has been a busy few days.. weeks?? uhh… however long its been, I’ve been crazy busy.

Anyway here are few things I have been working on for Centerpoint.

I have add some flora to the world of Centerpoint based some much earlier concept art I made. >View here<

I was recently given the chance to design the basic pistol for the game and boy-howdy was that fun to draw. I really feel good about this one.

ALSO, something I forgot to post was this energy blade that I am make for the game as well!

It was time for another splash page for this new version. The new one will end up being a animated 3D version of the concept above.

Catch me again on Wednesday the 20th.

Centerpoint and What is Next.

Hey Folks,

SO, we’ve released a version of Centerpoint to the public and we are already getting feedback on it.

It feels great to have made it to this milestone… but there is much more to do.

You can check it out here on PC, Mac and Linux –> http://www.centerpointgame.com/

With Unity 5 recently released I now have all the tools I’ll need to edit the Centerpoint world.
In the next update expect to feel like you are on another world…

You know after I design it.. and model it…

One of my D&D NPCs  (non-player characters)

I felt the the need to do some of my own art work.
This is an Non-player character from a D&D complain I am running.
I have come a long way since I starting focusing on 2d art again… and it feels great!

PAXeast and Centerpoint update

Hey Folks,

Sorry for the late update!

I was suddenly handed Sunday tickets to PAXeast by my good friend Adam deGrandis.
This was the first time I had ever been to a convention that large… It was a little overwhelming… but fun.

I got a chance to chat with some developers about their games and their process.
It is really awesome to watch them present something they have spent so much time and effort on.

I will post some links to some of the games I saw at the bottom of this post.

In other news, we have finished version 0.1 of Centerpoint.
It feels great to finally have that milestone accomplished.

We will be releasing the demo to the public in the near future!

…now, onto the next milestone.
